Whether swimming, biking, running, or strength training, an individual performance analysis conducted using set parameters, weights, distances, times, and utilizing a heart rate monitor to set baseline levels.  Training goals are adjusted to individual performance and training levels are set to meet the desired outcome of the individual.


Starting with a performance analysis time trials in each individual event, swimming, biking, and running, personalize instructions and goals are determined according to baseline levels established. 

Training includes instruction in proper techniques for swimming, ocean entry and exit, biking form, running technique, training nutrition, transition training, race day preparation & fueling, proper strength training for triathlons, ocean swimming techniques, proper equipment, and equipment fitting.
